Alex Goodwin — Principal & CEO
Alex Goodwin’s professional journey has been a remarkable testament to his dedication to growth and excellence. With a background in secondary school teaching, including roles in school leadership, Alex ventured into the dynamic world of real estate in 2021, seeking new challenges and opportunities.
In a relatively short time, Alex has emerged as a prominent figure in Lightsview, earning recognition for his outstanding achievements. Notably, he holds the highest sale price record in Lightsview, with a remarkable transaction worth $1,835,000, underscoring his unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional results.
Alex’s expertise extends beyond residential real estate. He has overseen the sales and marketing of significant residential land estates, including Maiden Estate with sixty-six allotments in Virginia and a further one hundred-and-two allotments in Virginia with Virginia Park Estate. He has also overseen commercial land divisions such as the eighteen allotments of the Angle Vale Innovation Park in Angle Vale.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Alex has a strong passion for volunteer work and community engagement. He firmly believes in the values of integrity, honesty, and unwavering professionalism, which form the core of his approach to real estate. Described by many as kind, intelligent, and exceptionally hardworking, Alex often jests about his transition from one of the most trusted professions, teaching, to one of the least, real estate.

Lisa Kotsano — Senior Property Manager
Lisa is an award-winning property manager with seventeen years’ experience in the industry, ten of which at the level of Senior Property Manager. During this time, Lisa has built a strong reputation for excellence in the property management community, and is frequently consulted by other property managers and agencies for advice and guidance.
Speak to Lisa for five minutes and you will undoubtedly realise that she has an encyclopaedic understanding of our industry and is quick to resolve issues or address concerns. Within six weeks of making the jump to Homekind Real Estate, our office has been inundated with positive feedback from impressed landlords and tenants alike!
